The more you test, the less you pay — for good
Every sample you send counts toward a loyalty discount that never resets— not monthly, not yearly. Cross a threshold and the discount applies to that order's whole total and every order after it, stacked right on top of the per-sample volume pricing above.
Your full history counts from day one — samples you've already sent us are already working toward your tier. Conformity vials and duplicate certificates are billed as usual but don't count toward it.
Fast turnaround, standard for everyone
Most panels finish in 1 to 4 business days, with standard turnaround always included at no extra charge. The speed other labs treat as a paid upgrade is simply how we run every order.
On a hard deadline?
Guaranteed Same-Day Results
Front of the queue when you are on a hard deadline. Guaranteed same business day results on same-day-eligible assays (purity, identity, net content, endotoxin, heavy metals, pH). Priced per sample.
"Same day" means received and intake-cleared by 10:00 AM CT, Mon to Fri (excluding holidays); later arrivals are guaranteed the next business day. Miss it and the rush fee is refunded. Covers same-day-eligible assays only (sterility screens and the Full QC and Water panels are excluded). Not eligible for volume discounts.

Quantitative bacterial endotoxin testing reported in EU/mL against defined acceptance limits.
Heavy Metal Analysis

Rapid Sterility Screen
Membrane Filtration + Chromogenic Detection
Fast preliminary indicator of microbial burden (aerobic, anaerobic, yeast, and mold). Not a substitute for full compendial sterility testing.
14-Day Sterility Screening
Automated microbial detection, aerobic + anaerobic
Preliminary rapid results after 2 days of monitoring, with the COA updated upon completion of the full 14-day incubation.

Microbial Enumeration
Plate Count, USP <61>/<62>
Quantitative microbial enumeration: total aerobic microbial count (TAMC) and total yeast and mold count (TYMC), reported as CFU against defined acceptance limits per USP <61> and <62>. A quantitative count, distinct from the pass/fail Rapid Sterility Screen.

Capsule testing
Testing a capsule product? Choose Capsule as the sample form when you build your order and we take care of the rest.
Purity + Identity + Net Content, run on the extracted capsule contents and reported per capsule. Volume discounts apply as your sample count grows, and blends are supported (blend surcharge applies).
For capsule products verifying dose consistency. Assays multiple capsules from the same batch individually and reports the per-capsule content and the variation across the run.
Same-Day results and Multi-Brand (white-label) certificates. Injectable-only tests like sterility and endotoxin don't apply to capsules, so they stay off the capsule order.
