Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, and company name when you register for the client portal
• Sample, batch, and order information when you submit samples for testing
• A company logo file, if you choose to upload one for use on your Certificates of Analysis
• Billing information when you pay for services, handled by our payment provider (see below)
• Communications you send to us, such as support requests

Information collected automatically:

• Standard web server and hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested)

We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics services on our website.
