2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, and company name when you register for the client portal
- Sample, batch, and order information when you submit samples for testing
- A company logo file, if you choose to upload one for use on your Certificates of Analysis
- Billing information when you pay for services, handled by our payment provider (see below)
- Communications you send to us, such as support requests
Information collected automatically:
- Standard web server and hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested)
We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics services on our website.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the client portal and testing services
- To process orders, payments, and communicate order status
- To generate and deliver test results and Certificates of Analysis

We retain account and order information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Test results and Certificates of Analysis are retained in accordance with our internal document-retention practices.

- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

8. Cookies
Our client portal uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in - these are required for the portal to function and are not used for advertising or tracking. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
